All you need to do first is make the outline of Garcia's face which is also framed by all his facial hair and head hair.

Up next, draw in his sunglasses which are two simple lens shapes. Once that is done draw in the bridge of Garcia's nose.

And lastly, draw in all of his hair including the beard, mustache, and mouth opening. I doubt there are mistakes but if there is just erase them.

After you color in Jerry Garcia's glasses and hair, your image should look like the one you see here.
