Step 1.

Begin by making the guidelines and shapes that you need to make to create the framework for your character.

Step 2.

Now what you will do is thicken the head shape shape and then draw out the bony neck.

Step 3.

Now what you will do is draw out the small circular eye sockets, and then color them in as well. Once that is done color the slit nostril holes.

Step 4.

Now draw out the bog semi friendly smile that Jack always displays. Add the stitch lines that go along the entire strip of his mouth, and then move onto step five.

Step 5.

Here you will start drawing out Jack's clothes like you see here starting with the collar, and then draw out the shape of his torso which should starts off wide and then narrow out around the waist.

Step 6.

Now draw out the length of his arms, and make sure you draw out the shapes of his arms to be somewhat thicker than you would expect. Also, since he is all bones, his stature should be a bit stiff. Draw the lining for his jacket lining, and then move

Step 7.

Lastly all you have to do is draw out his bony hands and be sure to draw his fingers tight together. Once that is done you can draw out the wispy collar that is one of "classy" things about Jack's attire. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in s

Step 8.

Here is what this new version of Jack looks like when you are all done. Now you can color him in to complete his look. Did you like this tutorial on how to draw Jack Skellington? I hope you did.

Description: Another repeat character that everyone would love to hate is boney, dead, but full of life. I know nobody can get enough of this figure from Nightmare Before Christmas, so I went ahead and made another lesson that will teach you "how to draw Jack Skellington", step by step. I must have submitted about three lessons on Jack and for the most part the tutorials are decent enough to tackle and replicate. This version is not all that different, I mean there is only one a few ways to draw Jack Skellington, and this is one of them. Of course you can choose to draw Jack in full body form; just his head, torso, and arms, or you can go all out and make Jack look mean, and full of darkness. No matter which way you want to sketch out this undead figure, one thing is certain, you will have fun no matter what you do. All I am doing for you today is providing you with a new tutorial that shows you "how to draw Jack Skellington", step by step. I hope you enjoy yourself, be sure to comment, rate, and submit some of your own works too. Peace out people, and have an awesome drawing day!
