Step 1.
Greninja is in a fighting pose so you will need to draw this species in a crouching style. The head shape is bigger then the body guide so follow the steps here to make the framework.

Step 2.
Sketch out the shape of the head, then draw in the three long spikes that flow down the shape of the head. This is also going to come out looking like a big strong webbed fin.

Step 3.
Like I said a fin. Draw in the webbing on the head, then sketch in the shapes of the eyes. Take your time so the face comes out right.

Step 4.
You will now sketch out the collar and then draw the long tail like section that flows from the body.

Step 5.
Sketch out arm and feet or hands and since this character is based off of a frog species, you will draw the limbs to look like a frog.

Here is your line art when finsihed. As you can see he looks like a fighting ninja. Color in Greninja to complete the task.

Description:
These new Pokemon characters just keep coming out looking more and more human like the more I look at them. Up next here is "how to draw Greninja", step by step. Like the name suggests, Greninja looks like a fighting ninja from the depths of the sea. The flipper style hands and feet look a lot like that of a frog, but the body looks human. Greninja evolves from Frogadier when level thirty six is reached, and it is also the final form of Froakie. So when I said that the hands and feet look like frogs, it's because the species is based on the frog. Drawing Greninja should be simple enough to replicate but then again if you are a novice artist drawing this character will be a challenge. But don't shy away from it because of that, it's always good to test your skills by tackling a lesson beyond your skill level to see what your weaknesses are. have fun and remember to leave some feedback if you will.
