How to Draw Boomer from Rowdyruff Boys

Make a large circle for the head and then sketch in the facial guidelines. You will add a small body shape as well.

Next, draw the shape of his face, then draw the parted hairstyle.

Up next, draw the mean expressive eyebrows like so, then draw in the large shapes of the eyes.

Add detailing to Boomer's eyes, then you will move to step five.

Draw Boomer's head by sketching out his hair which is flared at the ends. Add some small pieces of hair on top of his head too.

We will now draw his arms, boy and legs like so. In the next step you will add the lining to create the clothes.

As I said, we will now draw in the detailing for the clothing. Add the sleeve and pant cuff lines and then give Boomer some stripes for his shirt. Erase the guidelines/shapes you made in step one, then get rid of the mistakes as well.

Description: For those of you who watch The Powerpuff Girls, you should recognize this character in front of you now. I will be uploading three lessons based on three male characters from The Powerpuff Girls starting with this tut on how to draw Boomer from Rowdyruff Boys which is a group of misfit boys created by Mojo Jojo himself. Boomer is supposed to be Bubbles male counterpart which is why he has blond hair and blue color scheme. Drawing Boomer is going to be a simple concept to tackle so go ahead and have some fun.
