Make the guide shape for the head, then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Next thing to do is define the lining for the shape of the face. You will also need to include the shapes of each pigtail as well.

Add the lines on the sides of Bubbles' head to finish her hair, then draw the perfect circles for the eyes and eyeballs. give her some bangs too.

All you need to do here is add some detailing to her hairstyle as well as add the eyebrows.

Let's get her body drawn out. All you need to do is draw the actual body shape in the form of a dress, then draw in her arms.

For your last drawing step all you need to do is draw in her doll like legs and feet, then erase the mistakes.

Here is the adorable Bubbles when you are all done. Just add some color and that's it.

Description: Here is Bubbles as you will see her in the new Powerpuff Girls 2013 version. I guess the creators wanted to take things to another level because they made the girls look so different. I don't know how the stories will go in each episode, but I'm hoping that the plots are almost as awesome as they where before. This lesson will show you "how to draw Bubbles", step by step as she looks in her new animated 2013 version. I think you will enjoy the tutorial even if she is not as you expected.
