Here you will draw in the opening for the hooded cloak like so.

Up next, draw in the shape of the face and the neck. When that is done draw the shoulders and more of the detailing for the hood.

Add some hair behind her and then draw in the only visible parts on her face which is the nose and mouth. When that is done draw the diamond on her chest.

Now you can draw in the hands and wrists. When that is done draw more of the sleeve from her hooded cloak.

The last drawing step is simple. Draw a mound like shape for the rest of the body. But the body is also covered by her cloak. Add the crease lines and you are ready to erase the mistakes and guides.

Description: Here is a fairly new character from Steven Universe that keeps getting requested so I had to go and make this tut on how to draw Blue Diamond, step by step. Even though I don't follow Steven Universe (but my kid sister does), I still find certain characters pretty cool looking and Blue Diamond is one of them. Now, according to my sister she is a Homeworld Gem and she is also a member of the Great Diamond Authority which is basically a bunch of leaders who look over the Gem race. Anyways, this was a super cool and fun lesson to draw because I think Blue Diamond is a neat looking figure. If you have been waiting for this lesson I think you will enjoy it.
