Drawing Jasper Easy from Steven Universe

Step 1.


Make two rounded shapes, one for the head/face and another for the upper body. Once that is done sketch in the guidelines for the face and arms.

Step 2.


You can now draw the shape of the face followed by the hairstyle which is chunky and in sections. Define the shape of Jasper's face like so, and you're all set for step two.

Step 3.


Let's work on the face next. Start with the eyes and eyebrows. Notice the thick brows which are colored in solid. When the eyes are done draw the nose and mouth. Lastly for this step draw the mask like lining across the face, over the eyes.

Step 4.


For a female Jasper is extremely masculine. She actually has a mans physic, but that makes it easier to draw. Start with the thick neck shape and then draw the shoulders and muscular arms. Notice how the chest bulks out and the waist thins out.

Step 5.


You will now draw the striped like pattern on Jasper's clothing. The front of the shirt forms a V like shape or design and the arms have tiger like stripes.

Step 6.


For the last drawing step, complete the hairstyle which is thick, puffy and out there. As you can see there are some layered points along the edges or outer lining. Erase those mistakes if you made any along with the guides.

Step 7.


That's it, here is the line art. You can now just color Jasper in to bring this Steven Universe character to life. When the coloring is done you can upload your artwork to Drago or you can show someone who you just drew.

Description: Another character we will have fun with from Steven Universe is also pretty new to the series. I actually already have a lesson on Jasper but I thought folks would want to have another tutorial on her in an easy form. So here is how to draw Jasper easy, step by step. Jasper is a fun character to draw because she is so bulky. Her body is thick or hearty making it easier to make the lining for her. I think she is a cool character and hopefully this lesson is easier for you to tackle then the old how to draw Jasper lesson. Up next, we will have some fun for Valentine's Day so stay tuned in.
