How to Draw an Inkling Boy From Splatoon

Again, we will draw some basic guides and shapes including the facial guidelines.

For the second step you will define the shape of the head and face, include the elven style ears and then draw the top part of the Inkling boy's hairstyle.

All Inkling boys have a ponytail so draw that in as well along with the band that holds it in place.

We will now utilize the facial guidelines to draw in the eyes, eyebrows and mouth. Add detailing inside the ears as well.

Move on to the task of drawing the splatter gun. These weapons look a lot like Super Soakers. So, draw the holding chamber at the top which is a round, oblong cylinder, then draw the base the holding chamber rests on.

Continue to work on the splatter gun by drawing the barrel, and gun design. When that is done add the detailing and proceed to step seven.

Inkling boy is holding his weapon in position ready to fire so you will need to draw in the arms and hands to suit the pose.

We will now simply draw the legs and boots.

Add the detailing on the boots or sneakers by drawing the laces, tongue and soles.

Finally, draw the pouch that this Inkling boy wears on his back and you are all done. Erase the mistakes and that's all there is to it.

Description: I have another Splatoon character for the books that was requested by four different people. Today, I will show you how to draw an Inkling boy, step by step. I already have a couple lessons on some Inklings and squid characters that you will find off to the right side of this tutorial under 'related'. The Inkling boy is a gender chosen when the player starts the game. You can choose between male and female characters as well as choose between the different eye colors, skin colors so on and so forth. In the game Inklings don't die they just splatter. They all come from a place called 'Inkopolis' and have different abilities. When they are in their human form they have several weapons that they use which spews out blasts of ink, and in their squid form they can swim fast, crawl up walls and go threw fences. Drawing an Inkling Boy is easy so don't get discouraged from the main image. I still have some submissions coming your way so don't go anywhere. Adios folks and have fun.
