Alright folks, like most of my tutorials, it's best to start off with something simple to draw. Begin your drawing with the essential guidelines that create the foundation for the subject to be laid on. Create a semi-perfect circle for the head and swiftly drawn curved lines.
Step 2.
Next, start drawing the head for your snake. I'd begin drawing the eyebrows and base of the head, then move onto drawing the snout.

Then, move onto drawing the rest of the face, as well as a few strokes to give form to the body. The swifter you draw the curves, the better the chance you'll have of making a desirable curve!

Step 4.
Lastly, finish off the body and the inner scales. By giving subtle hints of scales, you'll give a visual of a textured snake, in a simple format! Take your time when drawing the coil beneath the tail.

This is what your line work should slightly resemble! If you're not totally satisfied on how your work turned out, then no worries, just try again! No artist ever makes a good drawing the first shot. All it takes is practice and patience to gradually
get better. Thanks for viewing folks, I hope you enjoyed this tut!

Description:
Okay, remember when I said that I wasn’t going to do a lot more easy lessons? Well I’m sorry to say, but I have to put up three more because I promised some members that I would get them up. The first is going to be how to draw an easy snake, step by step. Snakes in general are pretty simple to draw. The only thing that can get a bit confusing when drawing them out, is the ‘s’ like shape of their slithering body. There is a ton of ways you can draw snakes easily, and I am going to show you how to do just that. This is a great tutorial for novice or young artists to tackle because the difficulty level is really low. The hardest part is probably going to be the mouth in my own opinion, but you may actually run into your own brick wall. Everybody learns how to draw differently, and just because you have a very helpful lesson to learn from, that doesn’t mean you will get the hang of it right away. In general I believe that you should be able to draw an easy snake without developing any kind of brain hemorrhage. I mean after all, it’s just a simple looking snake with a slithering tongue. I’ll be back soon guys with those other easy tutorial requests so stay tuned in. Peace out peeps!
