Step 1.

First you draw a simple head shape!

draw the guidelines to where the eyes should go.

Draw the top and bottom eyellids.

Draw the top and bottom eyelids.

Draw in the eyes! :D

Draw in her fringe. :D

Add her mouth and nose! :)

Draw her neck and a part of her t-shirt.

Erase the eye guidelines. Add the rest of her hair and colour it. XD
