Step 1.

Start with the head and part of her cute little dress. :3

Draw her eyes and the frills of her dress! (n_n)

Draw her 'w' shaped mouth and her little arms!

Draw in her funky hair and rub out the head line.

Draw her shoes! Aren't they adorable!?

Colour her in! YAY! Now you're done!
