How to Draw a Tribal Bat

1

Start this first step like you were about to learn how to draw a bat. Start with a head shape and then add the facial guidelines. You will then draw another circle for the body and attach the arm, wing, and leg lines as you see here. Draw four finger

2

You will now start sketching out the tribal design for the face and then make sure you add the ears as well. When that is done you can proceed onto the next step.

3

Start sketching out the inner design lines to make up the tribal bat's body as you see here and then detail inside of the ears some more.

4

To see the up-close and personal size of this tutorial step, just click on the image to enlarge it. You will start drawing some razor sharp lines for the tribal bat arms and then begin sketching out the feet and more of the inside body.

5

Draw some of the sharp shapes for the wing fingers as you see here and then move to the next drawing step.

6

Cap off the tribal wings as you see them here and then thicken the design line so that it looks like a border. Detail the rest of the finger arms and then move to the next step.

7

Here you will start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one. When that is done you can color in the border as well as the all the solid parts of the tribal bat.

8

When you are done your drawing should come out looking like this one after you have cleaned up your sketch, and colored in your finished art. I hope you guys had fun with this tutorial on "how to draw a tribal bat step by step".

Description: There is so many tutorials on DragoArt that are submitted by me and other members that really show people how to draw. There is also other sites that try and mimic DragoArt by doing the same tutorials I have, the same layout, and even the same concept we have with Livestream. Although they try really hard to mimic us, they lack one thing the we here at DragoArt possess, originality. You can try and copy some of the features that we offer, but unfortunately the other players will always been seen as a copycat and that is not cool. I am happy that there are sites that want to upgrade and be more competitive because that just means that we are doing something right. Anyways lets get on the subject of drawing shall we? I want to do a lesson on another tribal design that was inspired by a member on the site. I will teach you how to draw a tribal bat step by step. This is a cool tattoo design that would look good colored black, red or blue. You can use other colors if you like. But the darker the shade the more bold and vibrant it will be. Learning "how to draw tribal animals" is so incredibly fun because you can come up with your own design concept. The lesson itself is pretty easy because there is a real simple way to draw out this tribal art design without ripping your brain apart. Tribal art can either be very easy to draw, or very hard. Even though my tribal art designs look complex, they are really simple to draw. One of the hardest designs that I did was the tribal cobra snake, that was a bit complex for the novice artist to do but not impossible. I also wanted the tribal design to keep it’s bat like appearance so I sketched out the shape of a bat and turned it into tribal tattoo art. I think you guys will like this lesson on “how to draw a tribal bat” step by step. I have to run for a minute or two but I will be back. I have a lesson on a Dragonball Z character coming up today so stay tuned in for that as well. Peace out folks and happy drawing.
