How to Draw a Sugar Skull, Sugar Skull

Make a round shape for the head or skull like so, and then draw in one face guide.

Sketch out the actual shape of the skull's head, mouth area and jaw. Notice how there is a small definition line for the cheek indentation.

Draw in the large eyes like so, and then make the holes for the nose. Draw out each tooth for the top row of teeth.

Begin drawing the pattern or design on the skull's face or surface like so, and then move to step five.

Draw in the flowers for the eyeballs, and then you can start cleaning up the drawing.

When all is done and you are finished cleaning up the sketch you just made, your drawing should come out looking like the one you see here.

Description: I’m not going to get into another sugar skull description because I talked about this particular skull many times before. Today I’m just going to show you "how to draw a sugar skull" yet again, just in a different style and manner. This design concept of a sugar skull should be easier to tackle and complete because it’s a much simpler layout. Anyways, have fun with this new and improved concept on drawing a sugar skull.
