Step 2.
Use the facial guidelines to sketch out the skull's eye sockets like so, then draw in the very damages nose. There should be small notches along the lining for the nose then add some wrinkle or crease effects under the right eye and along the bottom
of the nose.

Step 3.
Add more definition or detail under and around the eyes like you see here. You want to have a very worn look to this skull's face.

Step 4.
Carefully or slowly start sketching out the cheek bones of your skull like so. When that is done draw the shape of the upper jaw along with the notches for where the teeth will be placed.

Step 5.
Begin drawing in the flowers of your choice. Start with two off to the right side of the head.

Step 6.
Now that two flowers are drawn, you can add two more on the left side. The smaller one isn't attached to the skull instead there will be a stem for that one.

Step 7.
Before adding the stems for the flowers, you will draw in two more flowers at the top of the skull's head. Again, depending on the flowers you draw, you will have to detail them to look realistic and even a bit droopy/wilted.

Step 8.
Define the shape of the skull's head like you see here, then draw in the vine that is growing attached to the scalp. You will also draw in one flower stem as well.

Step 9.
Now you can get busy with drawing the skull's mandible or lower jaw. This jaw should be open because as you know skulls can't close their mouths. Once the jaw is drawn, add the small thick vines along the chin of the skull.

Step 10.
Begin drawing in the long narrow teeth to the lower jaw. I made the teeth somewhat crooked.

Lastly, draw in the remaining flower stems, then erase the mistakes and guidelines/shapes that you made in step one.

Step 13.
There you have it, the finished drawing of a skull and flowers concept. Now that you are done, you can have fun with coloring in your picture.

Description:
Hello again people and welcome back to another skull lesson that is just blooming with beauty. To add another Spring inspired skull concept I have here a tut on "
how to draw a skull and flowers
", step by step. The creepy flowers in the design are actually supposed to be pink daisies but I didn't want them looking too pretty because as you can see the skull in this drawing looks like it was just pulled from the ground. Anyways, I think this is a very nice concept and you can choose to go with whatever kind of flowers you like. I chose daisies because they are one of the flowers of Spring. I shall return with more good tuts for you all so stay tuned in.
