Make a good sized shape for the head guide, then sketch in the facial guidelines. You will then draw one body guideline too.

Next up, draw the shape of the head which is also her hairstyle. As I said before, the hairstyle is super cute. The bangs are combed to the left side as you see here, and the ends are layered.

Draw in the shape of her face, then draw and color in the cute eyes. Add the eyelashes, then draw in the mouth.

Up next, draw in the neck and then her shoulders. The arms should be long and skinny, and you also have to draw the small hands. Add a bracelet, and then some of the body shape.

Continue to work on her body. This should include the short collar, dress detailing and then her big bow on her dress.

All you have to do here is draw the pretty ruffled end of her dress like you see here. There should be pleats in the dress as well.

Add detailing to her bow, then proceed to step seven.

Draw in her long straight hair that curls up at the ends.

For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw in the legs which are crossed over one another. You will then draw in her small feet, and her shoes. Erase the mistakes and guides.

When you are done. This is the line art. All you have to do is choose a color pallet and add some life to your scene girl for kids.
