How to Draw a Paladin, Paladin

Step 1.


Firstly, you need to know, that the paladin's base from the crusaders. So, in the games (like the Wow, etc.) they desings like the crusaders, or the knights in the middle age. They power's base is mix of the fight and the magic. In the pictures, you   

Step 2.


The helmet is important part of the knight's armours. You think, that it's simple, but you can show for the watcher the knight's personality and the placer, where come from. (As you see in the 2. variant helmet)

Step 3.


If you want to draw a shield for your paladin figure, you can see some variant and tips for the helmet's design. The design can be simple, or can be difficult too, it's your choice.

Step 4.


Some hint for the paladin fight's poses with blad and with shield. It's just some hint, but if you want to know more about fighting poses with blade, or other thing, read my "How to draw fighting poses" tutorial.

Step 5.


Draw the human base with only lines and the main points (Here, don't draw the shield and the book, only the human body's lines.

Step 6.


You can start to drawing the shape of his face, the top eyelids, eyebrow lines and the helmet's front line, like you see here.

Step 7.


Draw the nose, the pupil (finish the eyelids too) and the mouth main line too, and finish the shape of his face too.

Step 8.


Finish the eyes, and finish the face, draw the little details lines of the face.

Step 9.


Draw the base form of the helmet and the helmet's décor.

Step 10.


Now, draw the lines to finish the helmet's base form lines and for the left side inner part.

Step 11.


Finish the helmet and the helmet's décor with the little details and lines. This is the final part of the helmet drawing.

Step 12.


Now, the next step is the torso part. You need to draw the base form of this part of course. In this part, you don't need to draw the book and the shield form.

Step 13.


Draw the lines, what separate the arms from the body, and the belt and the cloak top part, and the cross on the paladin clothes.

Step 14.


Okay, now, you can draw the clothes and cloak details, the gloves's details, lines of the fingers, and lines of the belt.

Step 15.


Finish the cross motive, the top part of the cloak, and details of the gloves. And you can start the next part, draw the main form of the shield and the magic book.

Step 16.


Draw the lion motive on the shield and the pages lines on the book form.

Step 17.


Here the final step of the top part. Draw the finish lines of the magic book and finish the lion motive on the shield.

Step 18.


Draw the main base form of the figure under part.

Step 19.


Okay, now you can draw the main lines of the under paladin clothes and for the boots. That's the lines, that separate from the main base form.

Step 20.


Draw little details, lines of the cloak, the boots and of the knight's clothes under part.

Step 21.


Now, draw the little details on the boots and the cloak's holes. This is the finish part of the figure drawing.

Step 22.


Your own paladin figure is done, now color his as you want! After that everything is your choice. I really like draw this figure with you, i hope, you too! Great work guys!
