Let's start the "How to draw a girl face" part! Now, start to draw the base lines. This is helpful, that you can draw the base form of the face. Draw the main axis-lines of the face, the eyebrows-line, the eyes-line, the nose-line and the mouth-line.

Draw the shape of her face and starting the front hair line. Draw the eyebrows too, this is the start of the face drawing.

Now, draw the base form of the eyes. They are not have circle form and not oval form, they are more like two almond.

Draw the iris form of eyes, and start the main lines of the nose and of the mouth too!

You can draw now the two main line of the mouth (the up and the down part's line) and the nostril part of the nose.

Finish the nose and draw a little line as the eyelids.

Okay, now, you are here the eyedrawing's finish step. You can draw now the pupil in the middle of iris, and some light circle. These circles are important, because these give a life for the eyes.

Draw the neck line and the the hair's front line too, what on the neck.

You can start the next part, draw the main base line of the hair. In my picture the girl's hair is dishevelled a little bit.
