How to Draw a Hippie Chic

Let's start off by drawing some shapes and guides for the head and torso like so. Sketch in the facial guidelines and then the guideline in the torso.

Using the head guide define the shape of the face and as you can see it's nicely shaped. Next, we will draw in the thick bang which is long and straight. Add detailing to the crown of her head which is the hairline connected to the forehead.

We will now draw in the long, thick straight hair and be sure to draw some shorter strand chunks that rests on the shoulders. Add detailing to the bang you drew, then proceed to step four.

Sketch out the neck, then draw in the shoulders, torso and arms. Add the strap for her halter top and then draw the lining for the halter top on her chest.

We will add detailing to her hair and then draw the pretty headband across the head like so. You can choose to draw in any style you like.

Lastly, add detailing to the shirt and chest like so, then draw in her face starting with the eyes. Sketch in her nose, mouth, and then the translucent sunglasses which are hippie style. Erase the mistakes and guidelines like so, then you can proceed

That's it, you can start coloring in this drawing on a hippie chic. Use some groovy colors to make her really look like a hippie.

Description: Now this is the girl that I wanted to make when I was thinking about drawing a lesson on how to draw a hippie chic, step by step. I can not express how much I love how this drawing came out. The coloring, the facial expression, the clothing, all of it is so awesome. Whenever I draw girls I always have fun because I like drawing girls faces and their hair and even their clothes sometimes.
