Description: There is so many different types of flowers that are blooming everywhere I turn my head when I'm out and about. Today, I thought it would be nice to submit a couple of lessons on some of the more popular flowers, and put them in a simple tutorial. So, having said all that, let me show you "how to draw a flower", step by step in the form of the beautiful, and unique calla lily. I chose this flower species because I felt that it would be the easiest, and prettiest bloom to draw. I had so much fun sketching out the calla lily, and to tell you the truth, I never even knew it's name before last week. The reason why I was searching for information on this flower, is because I wanted to give my grandmother a nice birthday bloom that would help cheer her up, so she can feel happy again. She's sad because her ten year old cat Betsy died from old age. I guess it didn't help that her cat's lifespan was cut nearly in half due to her being overweight. Anyway, enough with the gloomy stuff, and on with the bright and happy.
