1

Make a round shape for the head like so, and then draw in a neck line. Now you will draw out the body which is an egg shape.

2

Okay, now draw out the ducks bill and be sure to make the top lining of the bill a bit wavy. Add a nose hole, and move to step three.

3

Okay guys, draw out the ducks head, and then draw the neck. Color in an eye and leave behind a white glare.

4

Now lets finish this duck by drawing out the oblong shaped body and be sure to add those tail feather ruffles, and draw in the wing. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.

5

Now you can color in your bird, and if you want to make your duck look like a mallard, just use the color pallet I used in the main thumbnail.

Description: Now that I submitted the last flower for a while, I will now be submitting a few lessons that novice artists and other members will enjoy. There are many animals that are complicated to draw and when you are someone that is just starting out in the artistic field, you may come across some bumps and potholes along the way. It is very important to find what you’re looking for, so you can succeed in a task that you try to tackle. Here you will learn "how to draw a duck for kids", step by step and I think you will find that this is an awesomely amazing bird that is going to be simple to make and fun to color. I had an enjoying making this drawing, but my little sister liked it even more. There is only five steps that you have to conquer, but when you are all done you will have a duck that looks very much like the ones that you see in the old video game from Nintendo called ‘Duck Hunt’. Enjoy people, and be sure to leave your comment, and vote. I will be back with more drawing fun!
