draw a part of the head and the dress...

now draw the eyes, mouth, eyebrows, legs and hands

now for the hair, and for the hat draw a part of it.

now draw the rest of the hat and her broomstick.

Description: we all tried drawing witches but what about chibi witches got the idea a few days ago and i guess didn't turn out very bad... have fun drawing and please comment as much as you can..thanks
