Step 1.

Start with a circle

then and a classic hair style, it should be curved and styleish. as if with any of my tuts, you can try your style

now you will add the eyes. they are classic manga eyes, so it will be a cute cat. with the ears, one pops up behind the hair, so it will be smaller

now just add the nose and mouth

now and the body frame and tail

and the paws and legs, remember, keep the legs skinny

just erase the extra lines and you are done. if you want you have a colored one above
