First, draw a base. Draw a circle, a sort of rectangle-y thing, some lines to mark his paws, a cross in the circle, and a sort of tail-y shape.

Next, draw his face. Draw his eyes sitting on top of the horizontal line, then draw his tiny triangle nose in the middle of the cross. Then, draw his huge frown.

Next, draw his sort of Power Puff Girl style paws.

Draw his head. (Ears, tuft of fur at the top of his head, cheek fur, and neck fur.

Draw his body, big bushy tail, and legs tucked under it.

Remove the base and you should be left with the black lines. You know, the outline of your drawing.

Colour it in, and you're done!
