Next, draw out the actual shape of the baby swan's head like so, then draw in the black mark above the bill as well as the outline of the beak.

Here you will draw out the stretched out wing. As you can see all you have to do is start the lining from the base, then draw out the feather shapes to form a wing in action.

Finish drawing out the swan by drawing the long curved neck, then draw out the bowl shaped body as well as the tuft feathers for the tail.

Lastly, erase your guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one, then draw out the large round eye. Color in the pupil, then make sure that your swan has a pretty lash.

Another baby animal coming your way. This time we will be tackling the task of drawing a baby swan. Swans are very beautiful birds even though they don't look as extravagant in real life as they do in pictures. I have never seen a swan that looked as white, soft, or graceful on the water like the ones in magazines, bird books, or even from online photos. I have seen however a couple swans that swim on a lake, but they look really dingy or dirty, but their feathers don't look flawless. So because of these absolute facts, I thought to myself that a good way to make these swans look so graceful on paper is to draw them in their baby forms. This way their feathers will still be white, and they will also remain to have their miniature graceful appearance. Either way I think you will enjoy learning "
