How to Draw a Baby Seal, Baby Seal Pup
1
All you need to do is draw out a single circle for the head guide of your baby seal. Once that is done you can sketch in the facial guidelines.
2
As you know baby seals have very fluffy bodies when they are born. This hair or coat thins out to a point where they end up looking like they have just skin, but they still have a thin layer of hair on their bodies for life. Sketch out the fluffy out
3
You will now draw out the large wide open eyes like so, followed by the pupils. Draw the small nose and mouth then color in the nose solid.
4
Start this step by drawing the front part of the body. You can do this by sketching out a fluffy chest, then draw their front legs or flippers like so.
5
Continue drawing out the rest of the body until the baby seal is complete. Once you are done you can erase the mistakes that you made so you have a cleaned image to color in.

Description: How many times have I expressed that I love drawing baby animals? I think I must have made that statement at least a thousand times before, and I will say it again. I love making tutorials on baby animals because baby animals are so freaking adorable. One of the more popular species that folks fall in love with when they are infants is the seal. Yes, those fussy white colored seals have had a hold of women, men and children's hearts for such a long time. Their faces graze the covers of magazines and posters, and they are extremely popular subjects for photographers that take pictures of animals in the wild. Today I will show you how to draw a baby seal, step by step in a cute cartoon like fashion. Since I know there are tons of people that like drawing baby seals, I wanted to make this lesson easy to tackle, and simple to replicate. I don't know what I like more about this tutorial, the big innocent eyes, or the cute fluffy body. I was going to color in the baby seal it's typical white color, but I wanted the baby seal to stand out so I added an ice blue tone to the white and colored the eyes blue too. Anyways, have fun folks, and remember if there is a baby animal that you would like to see as a lesson don't hesitate to ask by dropping a request!
