Step 1.
We will start with the guides for the head/face and then draw the long neck guideline as well as the shoulder guides.

Step 2.
For step two, all you have to do is define the shape and structure of the girl's face. This should include the profile of her nose, lips and chin. Draw in the ear and add detailing inside the ear.

Step 3.
Draw in the partially closed saddened eyes. Be sure that the lashes are long, thick and very dark. Draw and color in the eyebrows, then draw in or color the lips. Define the face and nose, then proceed to step four.

Step 4.
We will draw the neck, some of her chest and then the shoulders. When that is done begin sketching out her hair which is long and bubbles at the midway point because she is drowning in water. Notice how the hair strands turn into water streaks. Add a
watery tear on her face.

how to draw faces
Description:
Here is a drawing concept that I am very proud of and I think it's because of how beautiful the face is and the meaning behind the art. First, this tutorial will show you how I drew a perception of what it would be like if I were drowning in my tears. Sometimes life is hard on your soul making almost impossible to come out of the torment that you have been going through even when you are giving it all you got. When the struggle keeping you drowning in water, you tend to cry because of all the frustration and confusion overwhelms you. I had a lot of fun with this drawing, and I do hope that you find drowning in my tears therapeutic to recreate.
