Step 1.

We will begin with a simple head shape like so and sketch in the facial guidelines.

Step 2.

Begin sketching out the actual structure of the Gypsy's face like so, then draw in the singled lined wavy hair strand that frames the face.

Step 3.

We will begin to draw in the face. Start with the shapes of the eyes. The eyes should be big as this Gypsy has big eyes. Add some lashes, the lid crease and the shape of the nose.

Step 4.

Sticking to the face still draw in the nicely arched eyebrows, then draw in the Gypsy's mouth or pouty lips. Also fill in the eyes with actual eyeballs.

Step 5.

When we think of a gypsy they are always wearing a some form of cloth wrap on their heads. You will now draw in this scarf and when you do this be sure to form the shape of her head. Add the crinkles, creases and folds, then draw in the rose.

Step 6.

Draw in the feathers that are tucked inside her hair as they brush the sides of her face. Add detailing to the feathers and you can move to step seven.

Step 7.

This is the last drawing step. I want to remind you folks that you can add whatever you want to this design if you feel the Gypsy needs something that is missing. Let us finish the drawing by adding her long straight hair. The hair bubbles out at the

Step 8.

Here is the line art when you are all done. All you have to do now is color in the drawing and show off your creation.

Description: There are some tattoo designs that are so pretty that you almost feel compelled to get them inked onto your skin. Today, I will be showing you how to draw a Gypsy tattoo, step by step. This design came out so nice that I surprised myself with it when it was all finished. Drawing women or girls is something that I enjoy doing. Creating their faces, drawing their hair and coloring them in is all something that I really love. Tattoo designs are supposed to be bright, clean, and recognizable. Drawing a Gypsy tattoo will be something that you can just have as a drawing, or you can take the artwork to a tattooist to get an ink job done. Either way I hope you enjoy this tut, I know I did when I made it.
