Step 1.
We will start by drawing two body figures which are also the frames for you to draw out your comic book girls with. There should be head, torso and hip guide shapes and then limb guidelines.

Step 2.
Up next, begin drawing out the actual shapes of the faces and then draw the upper bodies which are the necks, shoulders, arms and chests. The action pose comic book girl has some of her torso drawn in as you can see.

Step 3.
Once that is done you can draw in the hairstyles for each girl. As you can see they both have different styles. Also draw in the sports bra looking top.

Step 4.
We will now continue on with drawing more of the comic book girl's bodies. For the girl on the left just draw the rest of the torso which includes the butt and then draw the long leg and foot. Finish drawing the arms and hands and then you can draw t
he thigh, leg and butt for the second comic book girl.

Finish both up by drawing the rest of their legs and feet, then draw in the bottoms which are boy shorts. Add the dimpling on the back and belly as well before erasing all the mistakes and guides.

Step 6.
When you're done this is how they should look. Color them in and even add faces if you like. This was a fun lesson and I hoped you liked it.

Description:
I wanted to make this lesson for those of you who have a love for comic book related drawings or anything. Today, we will learn how to draw comic book girls, step by step. There are two poses I drew, one is in an action pose as she is getting ready to give someone a kick to the face, and the other is just standing there looking confident and brave. The two comic book girls have no faces because I wanted them to be universal for anyone who tries to tackle the lesson. I think that these comic book girls will come in handy for anyone who is having trouble drawing action poses like seen on comic book characters. If there are other tuts you would like to see here on Dragoart please let me know and I will do my best to get it done. In the mean time, don't forget to give some feedback to let me know if this lesson was helpful.
