Step 2.
Up next, we will draw the cartoon guy's face in starting with the thick eyebrows, broad nose and then a frown line. the brow should be low hanging to give off that "don't care about anything' expression.

Step 3.
Here you will sketch out the actual structure of the cartoon guy's face. Notice that it is very angled or chiseled looking. When the face is done you can draw out the shapes of the eyes, add the indents to the face and then give this cartoon face a m
outh and more frown lines to add detailing and definition to the face.

Step 4.
We will now draw in the back part of the neck, then draw the ball cap, and the hair that is under the cap. We will also draw the cartoon style ear and then the cigarette he has in his mouth. Don't forget to detail the hat and add definition inside t
he ear.

You can now finish this cartoon guy's neck by drawing in the front part. When that is done you can draw the shirt, wrinkles on the shirt and then the collar bones.

Step 6.
For the last drawing step simply add the swirling cloud of smoke in the background and around the cartoon guy. Erase the mistakes when you are done as well as the guides.

Description:
Hello everyone. I hope your holiday week is going well. I have some lessons to upload to keep folks busy while relatives are around or when you feel like you need to do something because you're board or want to be creative. I will start the day by showing you all how to draw a cartoon guy, step by step. I don't know how good my other lessons are on drawing people especially men. I do know that I don't have nearly as many tuts on drawing men than I do drawing women or females. I think it's because since I'm a woman, I know what the female body looks like and can do. Drawing men is a little more difficult because I don't really have too much experience with their body form and structure. I mean I do draw them, but not as much as I should to improve my skill. Anyways, have fun with this lesson on drawing a cartoon style guy. I have some Christmas tuts also coming your way so stick around to see what they are on.
