Dark Alice Drawing Lesson

Step 1.


Start with a head guide and guidelines to for the shoulders and face.

Step 2.


Up next, draw the structure of Alice's face shape and incorporate the earlobe.

Step 3.


We will now draw in Alice's hairstyle which is parted and bangs are combed neatly. Add the headband and add the charm in the center which is a small skull.

Step 4.


Here you will finish drawing the length of Alice's hair and when you are done with that draw the loops from the tied bow.

Step 5.


Let's get started with Alice's dark face. Draw the arched eyebrows and then draw the nose, and ear detailing.

Step 6.


Finish drawing the eyes. Make the lids along with the lashes. Don't forget to draw in her grin or lips. Color them in black as well. Notice the expression on her face.

Step 7.


Lastly, draw the neck, shoulders and sleeves. Add the lining to form her layered dress look. Erase the guides and mistakes as well.

Step 8.


Here is the line art when you are done. Now you can go ahead and color Alice in using some dark shades.

Description: Here is a pretty cool drawing turned into tut that I made last night. Whenever I read my emails I love being inspired by requests made by members or visitors of Dragaort. That is the case or where the idea came from for doing a lesson on drawing Dark Alice. Alice in Wonderland is such a classic tale, and has been part of children's book and movie collection for many years. The Alice in Wonderland movie obviously came around much later, but I'm sure you remember being a kid and either watching, reading or having the story read to you on the adventures that Alice took when she journeyed down the rabbit hole to Wonderland. Anyways, I love how this Dark Alice drawing came out. I do believe you will like it as well as replicating it using the lesson.
