Start of with guide lines and with an oval head with aline down for the body.

Line up the lines so that half of the eye is under the horizontal line. Put the mouth close to the chin and the nose right above it.

Draw under the top of his head a hat.

Add his hair under the hat. Allow it to over lap on the eyes, and add the ears on the top of his hat

Now go to the body and make the arm. put them in a position were they are folded. and don't forget the neck and his shirt collar

Now just hake the body and angle it 70 degrees.

Now put his legs in a position were it is like he is leaning on a wall. then do his shoes.

Now put stripes on his shirt.

Now shade in the eyes and the stripes on his shirt

Now do it over in pen (do not put the guidelines or what you don't want in pen). The erase the guide lines and the stuff you don't want out easily. then just shade in again the eyes and the stripes and wahla you are done.
