First, start with the basic guidelines for the shape of Yolandi's face shape. These guides are extremely important in order to proportion her features accurately. Use light pencil lines for these guides, because you want to erase them later.

Then, work on the shape of her face. Yolandi has a very thin yet chisel face shape, so there isn't that much visible roundness. Take your time, the face shape is the most important part to draw thus far!

next, let's work on her eye. I would work on one eye then shift to the next. Don't try to draw both eyes, flip flopping back and forth to finish one another. Take your time with each eye.

Then, using thin lines to detail the cheekbones, sketch the nose and her mouth. She doesn't have a big nose, it's sort of small and slightly flared. Next, work on her mouth, her top lip shouldn't be too big; she has a small top lip but an adequate si

Next, let's work on her hair. Draw the top of her head, keeping it nicely round instead of detailed with jagged hair detailing. Sketch the flared pieces of hair which trim her shoulders.

Lastly, sketch the detailing for her hair! Use thin lines for this part, and try not to use thick outlines, similar to the thickness as the outlines.
