Let's begin. Draw a circle for the head, then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Draw the one large bang to the left side of her head, then draw in the pointed bangs.

Sketch out the shape of her face, then draw in her closed eyes, nose and mouth followed by her rather thick eyebrows for an anime character.

Lastly, draw in the rest of her long hairstyle which also happens to be straight. Draw the long shape of her neck, then draw in the shoulders, shirt collar line and detailing to her collar bone. Erase all the mistakes.

In the end the line art looks like so. Color in your character and you are done.

Description: Meet Chizuru, she is the older sister to Eiko and as you can see by her facial expression, Chizuru is a very cheery type of girl. Chizuru is the head cook to the Lemon Beach House. The way you see her eyes in the tutorial is the way she appears in the anime almost all the time. SHe very rarely has her eye open, but even so she manages to go about her day they way she likes. Chizuru is very protective of her family and friends, and for a innocent looking girl she has the strength and power of a superhero. Drawing Chizuru is going to be simple so don't fret.
