To begin with, here's what I used; a 2H pen, a black marker, an easer, and a HB pencil (the pink one)

Now to the drawing. I began with making a + sign and a heart using the 2H like on the picture.

I used the easer to make them less noticeable and drew heart-like leaves on where the + was like on the picture

I then made these little needle like thingies (yeah) inside the leaves like on the picture

Then I made a small star in the middle and drew the stem (I think it's called) like on the picture

Now to move on to the heart. Begin with make the top of the heart as symmetrical as possible like on the picture

Try to keep it as symmetrical as possible and add a star in the middle like on the picture

Time to break the symmetry by drawing it like on the picture

Now to the letters, start with the 'L' above the clover like on the picture

Then the 'u' like on the picture

Then the 'c' like on the picture

Now the last letter above the clover is 'k' like on the picture

Now draw the 'or' under the clover, above the heart like on the picture

Now to the first letter under the heart which is 'L' like on the picture

Now the second letter which is 'o' like on the picture

Now the 'v' like on the picture

Now the last two which are 'e' and a question mark after like on the picture

Now to the hard part. Use the fine side of the marker and fill the letters and the clover, but not the heart, I used the HB pencil for that, but that's actually your choice, I just found it easier, and fill the heart like on the picture. And done!
