Begin by making an egg shape for the head guide.

Using the head guide start sketching out the layers of mutilated skin tissue until it forms this swirly mass. Be sure there is folds and creases.

All you have to do here is sketch in the scars and marks to complete the form of the Nurse's face.

You will now draw the angled shape of the Nurse's hat. When that is done you can proceed to step five.

Add the marks on the hat for texture and detail, then make the flat part of the hat. Erase your mistakes then you are done.

Description: I will be uploading a few lessons today based on really cool Silent Hill characters that are also very popular. The tutorials will be in easy form so that anyone can tackle the tuts. I will start with showing you all "how to draw the Nurse from Silent Hill easy", step by step. It's pretty obvious that she will be a simple character to replicate because her face is just a mangled mass of skin tissue. She has no face, so all you will be drawing is twisted skin. She wears a typical looking nurse hat from the early days, but that part of her won't be hard to recreate at all. I feel confident that anyone will be able to try this tut no matter what the skill level. So have fun and be sure to leave some feedback. Peace out people.
