Sketch out a lump for the body, and two lines for the things on the head. Also the leaves at the bottom.

Make guidelines for the eyes. Sketch out the "arms". Make it look fabric-like.

Draw the eyes and finish the head things. Add detail to the bottom leaves as well.

Clean up your art, and sign it fabulously. Now all you need to do is color, and you're done!
