Make a circle for the head, then draw the guidelines to form the neck, shoulders, and facials.

Draw out the shape of the face like so making sure that the chin is pointed. Draw the long straight cut bangs, then proceed to step three.

Make the thick lining for her eyes like so, then draw the large circles for the eyeballs. Draw the nose and mouth, and add some definition to her face around the eyes.

Draw the shape of her head followed by her long locks. Her hair is going to be drawn in a flared out style to bring more dramatics to her look.

Sketch out the hair strand lines like so, then add some detailing to bring texture to her hair. Make some root indents to her scalp as well.

Okay so the next thing we will focus on his her neck and collar. Draw out the shape of her skinny neck, then draw the ruffles collar which is almost touching her face. Sunako wears the Lolita style so drawing her clothes should be fun.

Continue on with drawing the shoulders in detail, followed by her clothing. Draw in the loose fitting bow-tie, then draw the ruffled layers of her collar.

Finally, add detailing to her clothing which is the creases, folds, and indents. Erase your mistakes, then add some last minute touches.

Description: Okay guys, here is another character from the manga series Shiki. She is considered a main figure from the manga, and she is also just thirteen. Here is "how to draw Sunako", step by step. Sunako is a mysterious girl from the series. Her and her family moved to a place called the 'Kanemasa mansion' which is located at the top of a huge hill in Sotoba. Sunako is confined to her house because of the fact that she is a Shiki, but everyone else is told that she has a rare disorder called SLE. Aside from being “sick”, she enjoys her time while she's in the house reading books from her favorite author Senishin Muroi. I mean after all, he is the whole reason why Sunako and her family moved to Sotoba in the first place. For those of you that read the manga you should know what Sunako really is, a monster that feeds off of humans. This lesson will be fun because drawing Shiki characters are interesting subjects to replicate. I will be back soon with more drawing fun.
