How to Draw Squirt From Finding Dory

Step 1.


Make two shapes, one for the head and the other for the body. You will also add the guidelines for the limbs or fins for your sea turtle.

Step 2.


Using the guide you made, define the shape of Squirt's face and head like so. The bubble like shapes on the sides of the face are for the bulging eyes.

Step 3.


Next, draw the marking lines on the sides of the head so when you draw in the eyeballs in better detail, they look embedded in the head. Draw the first lip line for Squirt's mouth as well.

Step 4.


Add some spots on top of Squirt's head, then color in the pupils and finish drawing his mouth.

Step 5.


We will get started with drawing Squirt's body starting with the skinny neck. Add some wrinkles at the base of the neck, then draw the large claw shaped fins for the flippers.

Step 6.


Draw the body which is a small stomach and then add the shell on his back. When that is done draw the legs or back fins.

Step 7.


Add spotting on the fins, then draw in the patch work on the shell and stomach. You will also add some scaling on the legs too. Erase your mistakes and then you're done.

Step 8.


Color in Squirt, then add this drawing to the collection you already have on all your Finding Dory and Finding Nemo characters.
