How to Draw Vaas From Far Cry 3

Step 1.


This step is pretty simple because all you have to do is draw the head guide, then draw the torso shape. Sketch in the facial guidelines too.

Step 2.


Next, draw the shape of his face and head, then draw in the outline of his ear. Notice that Vaas' face has a lot of angles, it's not just rounded edges.

Step 3.


In this step we will tackle the task of drawing in Vaas' face. Begin with the eyebrows. They should be drawn to express what he is thinking which is usually a scheming face. Sketch out the shape of his nose, then add some detailing between the eyebro   

Step 4.


We will finish drawing the eyes and then sketch in the bags under the eyes as well as cheek indents. Add the frown line and smile as well as all the detailing to his face.

Step 5.


Finish Vaas' mouth by drawing a thin top lip and a tongue sticking out.

Step 6.


Here is some real fun with drawing Vaas. You will sketch in his Mohawk style hairdo. It is pretty rugged so be sure the tips of his hair are feathery. Sketch in the hair line on the side of his head for the shaved part. Next, add definition inside th   

Step 7.


His head and face are now complete. You can sketch in the shape of his neck, then draw the shirt collar, necklace and the scuff marks on the neck.

Step 8.


Continue on with drawing his body. Start with the shoulders, then move on to drawing the arms and torso.

Step 9.


You are already almost done. All you have to do is finish drawing his sleeveless tee shirt or 'wife beater', then draw the tied rag on his upper arm.

Step 10.


All you have to do now is sketch in the all the surface scuff marks on the shoulders, arms and visible torso. Once that is done you can add detailing to the rag on his arm as well. Erase the guidelines and mistakes too.

Step 11.


Here is your drawing of Vaas when you are all done. Now you can color him in and show off your art.

Description: I know there are a lot of fans out there who enjoy the 'Far Cry' game series. I often get requests to do various figures of the game, and today I thought I would fill one of those requests. Up next we will be learning how to draw the poster character for Far Cry 3 and his name is Vaas Montenegro. Vaas is also a secondary antagonist from the series and even though I don't play the video game, he is an awesome looking character. His bio is a mystery to me so I had to do a little reading and it appears that Vaas is sort of a vigilante. He lost his sister who he was close to, and has been troubled man for sometime. I don't think he is alive anymore, but I could be wrong. Anyways, have fun drawing Vaas from Far Cry 3. I think you will like what you see. Adios amigos and enjoy!
