Step 1.

Draw the head and body guides like so.

Define the shape of Malcolm's face and some of the head like so as well. You should incorporate the ear also.

Finish the head shape and then draw the other ear and add detailing inside the right ear.

Use the facial guidelines to draw the bold eyes. As you can see the eyebrows are pretty thick and dark. Finish the eyes and proceed to step five.

We will now draw the mustache and beard, then add the mouth. Sketch in the forehead creases or wrinkles too.

Add the shoulders, then draw out the arms and hands.

Finish drawing the coat and then draw the staff.

Draw in his legs and then draw the seam lines to the pants. When that is done draw the shoes.

For the last step, finish drawing the jacket and then draw the vest. Add buttons and erase your mistakes and guides.

That's it, you are all done. Now you can color in this drawing on Sir Malcolm Murray from Penny Dreadful.

He is an older gentleman that seems to be on a personal journey with his life. Sir Malcolm is actually an explorer and throughout his travels he has picked up stranglers along the way.
