How to Draw Shine from Shimmer and Shine

Draw a shape for the head and then another for the upper body. Sketch in the facial guidelines as well as the limb guides.

Define the shape of the face like so and then draw in the ear.

Since Shine is a genie, you will need to draw in her tiara that she wears on her forehead. It's almost like a headband.

Use the line art to draw in the big shaped eyes and then draw in her lashes. Once that is done you can draw the eyebrows, mouth and nose.

Now all you have to do here is draw in the thick style of her pulled back ponytail. Be sure to add the band holding it up too.

Draw the shape of the neck and then draw the collar, jacket and shirt. Add buttons and chest line as well.

We can now draw in her arms, hands and bracelets. Make the designs on her bracelets and then proceed to step eight.

For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw in the pants and shoes or feet, then you are done. Notice the pose that she is in, a very excited, energetic pose. Erase the mistakes and guides.

Just add some color to your drawing of Shine from Shimmer and Shine, then that's it.

Description: There is a semi new cartoon series on Nick Jr. called 'Shimmer and Shine' and even though I have not yet been asked to make any tuts on the characters, I thought think the two genie sisters are so pretty, I just wanted to make some tuts on them both. So here is how to draw Shine, step by step. She is the sister that has purple eyes and blue colored hair. She is also an animal lover and has a very bright personality. Anyways, drawing Shine is going to not only be fun, but it's going to be exciting as well. Enjoy folks and let me know if you are familiar with Shimmer and Shine.
