How to Draw Sapphire from Steven Universe

Step 1.


Start with two shapes; one for the head and another for the body. When that is done you can sketch in the facial guidelines and limb guides.

Step 2.


We will now draw in Sapphire's hairstyle. It should be long, wavy and she should also have long thick bangs. The bangs will hide her eyes.

Step 3.


Define the shape of Sapphire's face like so. Draw in her puckered lips and then define the shape of her torso. Add the lining to create the dress design.

Step 4.


Draw in the sleeve puffs and then draw her arms and hand.

Step 5.


Lastly, draw the bell shape of her gown, and then draw the flap or apron like addition on her dress. Erase your guidelines and you are all done.

Step 6.


That's it you are all done. Now you can color in Sapphire to look like she does in the cartoon series.
