Description: It's hard to believe that Doctor Who has been around since 1963 and is still running strong. I have always said that the British always have a way of making good movies, shows, and other concepts that belong in the public eye. They have awesome accents, bright personalities, and are crazy moe-foes. This lesson is going to be on "how to draw Rose Tyler", step by step. Now Rose Tyler is one of the shows more popular characters. She joined Doctor Who in 2005, and was also a companion to the good Doctor. Drawing Rose Tyler should be pretty simple, and really fun.
