How to Draw Phoebe from Hey Arnold

Make the guides for the head and body then draw the guidelines for the legs, arm and face.

Instead of drawing the whole face, we will draw in the eye glass lenses first. When that is done add the eyeballs or pupils.

Here you can define the shape of her face and then draw in the ear to the right of the face.

Okay, we will finish the face in this step as well as her head and hair. Draw the nose and mouth to finish the face, then draw in her odd hairstyle. Phoebe wears a small cap on her head.

Proceed to work on the body in the form of her sweater. Draw in the sleeves and some of the skirt which is visible under the sweater.

Lastly, draw the hands, cuffs and then her legs and shoes. Erase the mistakes if you made any along with the guides.

That's it, you are all done. Just color Phoebe in to finish it off.

Description: So guys, I'm back today and with my return I have for you a lesson on another and final character from Hey Arnold!. Here is a lesson on how to draw Phoebe, step by step. Phoebe Heyerdahl is actually Helga's best friend as well as the smartest kid in the class. She is also one of Arnold's smartest friends, and judging by the look on her face and her style, she needs all the friends she can get. Anyways, there is really not much to tell about Phoebe. All I can really do is show you how to draw her out. I shall return so don't go anywhere far.
