How to Draw King Sombra, My Little Pony

First, begin with the basic guidelines for the head and body.

Now, draw the first part of his face, along with his horn and crown.

Next, start sketching in his mane. It also goes along his face to give him his jaw line. Then start sketching the beginning of his neck.

Now, it starts to become a little tricky. He has armor, so from where the neck left off start sketching in his chest plate, along with his front legs and bracers.

Now, sketch in his cape, It is a cliche color scheme with the red and white fur, but hey it makes him look kingly right? After, sketch in his hind legs, along with the bracers.

Now, sketch in his tail, Very very simple, its not spiky, or too curvy, so it should be a breeze!

And now all that's left is coloring! And he's pretty monochromatic, so coloring should be easy too!

Description: Hello peeps! I have spent the past few hours drawing up this character, and did it as fast as I can so I can bring it to you all! If you're a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (such as myself) and watched the season 3 premier over the weekend you should recognize this pony! If not let me introduce you to King Sombra, he's evil, power hungry, and vengeful. He was once king of a place called The Crystal Empire, and due to being a cruel and evil king he was banished by Celestia and Luna. There's much more to it than that, and I'm surely not gonna spoil the episode! So, I'll stop there, and let you all have fun learning How to Draw King Sombra!
