Observe where John's features appear in relation to the guidelines. Draw in his nose, shadow line, and mouth.

This step is a bit challenging. You can use a ruler or straight edge for the guitar neck, strings, and frets. Don't forget to sketch in his hand and shoulder.

Last but not least, draw in his neck and shoulders, along with the t-shirt folds. If you haven't already, you can now erase your guidelines. The lines you couldn't erase, go ahead and blend them in if you will be shading your drawing.
