How to Draw Grubber
1
Very simple lesson coming your way. Start with two shapes, one for the head and the other for the body. Don't forget the facial guidelines.
2
Here you can begin to draw the shape of the pug like face formation. Start with the nose and then draw in the mouth which is open atm. Add some simple lines to start the head shape too.
3
Next, draw in Grubber's eye and his tab of an eyebrow. When that is done you can draw the shape of his ear and be sure to add that notch in it as well as the tuft of hair inside the ear too.
4
Cap off the head by drawing his spiked hedgehog mane. This flows all the way down his back and tail. Of course you will need to draw the back and tail too.
5
It's time to draw in the torso. Here you can see he is wearing a simple shirt and his tiny stubby arms are folded. Don't forget the pointed finger tips too.
6
For the last drawing step we just need to draw in the thick legs and feet as well as the stomach and tummy marking line. Erase the mistakes if you made any and the guides too.

Description: I guess a lot of people went to see My Little Pony: The Movie because the theater where I live was absolutely packed and tickets were sold out for the film. I did a little research and found out that Tempest has a minion. Now, because I'm a huge MLP fan, (just look at my DeviantArt page) I wanted to make a lesson on this adorable critter that is nasty in a lot of ways, but also very cute. I guess you could say he's so ugly, he's cute. FYI, did you know that Grubber is actually based on a pug-faced hedgehog? Yep, it's true. Now that you know that little tidbit about this nasty minion (no, really he is so cute I want to eat him) let's learn how to draw Grubber, step by step from MLP: The Movie. I made sure to keep his background the same as Tempest because they are from the same place and share the same interests. Anyways, I hope you like this lesson folks.
