OK, so we'll start with the basic shape of his body.

Now we'll add the basic whereabouts of his eye, wing and beak.

Next we'll start drawing the pixels.

Now start to "pixelate" the eye and wing and beak. I know it looks rather like a strange labyrinth right now, but it'll get better as we go along.

Now, outline in pen.
