You will sketch out the center of the firework which is shaped like a burst.

Next, draw the strands from the firework burst. When you do this make sure that you draw the lining nice and thick as well as long and curled.

You will now add the rest of the burst strands like so, and as you can see some are shorter and longer than others.

Lastly draw the sporadic burst stars to make the firework really crackle and pop. Erase the mistakes and you are done.

Here is the line art when you are finished. Color in your fireworks and you're done.

Description: This is probably the last lesson based on something for the 4th that I will submit. Up next, we will learn "how to draw fireworks for kids", step by step. Fireworks are the best part of the 4th because no matter what you have been through the whole day, the colorful sparkling lights up in the sky makes you feel all better. The only thing that sizes up next to fireworks on the 4th is the traditional parade. No matter how you look at it, drawing fireworks for kids is something that the whole family can have fun doing together. Thanks guys and remember to stay safe come July 4th.
