Begin with drawing the guide shape for Cloud's face and then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Next, draw or define the shape of his face, then draw in the bangs which should be long and sharp.

Use the facial guidelines to draw out Cloud's big shaped eyes. The eyeballs should also be added and the lashes should be straight and long. Add the nose shape and the single line for the mouth.

The hair is next and last. Draw the short style using long, thick strands. As you can see Cloud's hair is also layered a bit. Erase whatever mistakes you might have made.
